Hi everyone, thank you for joining me in this new elemental class focusing on the element of FIRE. Fire relates to our inner radiance, our determination, our power center (manipura solar plexus chakra) and our ability to activate.

I’ll take you through an intermediate 25 minute flow with an emphasis on core strengthening poses, twists and a few backbends. We will finish our class with Surya Bedhana Pranayama, meant to tap into the power of the sun.
