Good morning, thank you so much for joining me! I’m going to take you through this 25 minute full body flow to help you begin your day. There are no props required for this class and great for intermediate students or beginners who want a little bit of an extra challenge. We start off slow so that you can ease into your morning after a long night’s rest. We’ll get into some juicy hip openers, focusing a lot on our inner thighs and groin while also adding some twists for energy and hamstring stretches. You can expect poses like reclined butterfly, half splits with a twist, side low lunge, gate pose and bridge. A great mix of strength and stretch.

  4. Gunilla Baeckstrom

I love your morning flow Kasandra, but I was disapointed to hear adverticement. I thougt I would be spared from ads when I paid for a subscription. Not something i want to bring in to my quiet sacred morning time.

    • Benoit

Very well said thank you Gunilla !

  5. Laura

Would prefer not to see ads at the start of class on the subscription platform

  6. Rebecca Bruns

Word: acceptance. Really good for my legs, i liked the flow. And, I’m with others…please, no advertising. It is quite disappointing to have to hear.

  7. Shermin Rahimkhani

Starting my Yoga with an Advertisement is not how i wish to be a subscriber. Part of the reason i became your subscriber was to avoid ads. I hope you reconsider this business model. Thank you

  8. Shermin Rahimkhani

I also apreciate ad free videos for the paying members. Thanks

  9. Nancy Starr

  12. Molidog

I’m also not a fan of ads in a paid subscription 😒 i tend to do these very early in the morning and am really not wanting to hear promotions for things i have no interest in

  13. Josephine90

Lovely stretches but cant have it as a favourite with the advert, sorry.

  14. Emily J Mahoney

  15. Laura Mara

    “Loving compassion” thank you kassandra

  16. myrtia

Ok ads aren’t the best but ads pay! So don’t be so judgmental you all.. it’s not like there are ads in every video. Just scroll to the point where the class starts, no big deal. By the way I looove this outfit!!!

    • Rebecca Horwedel

      Exactly <3

  17. kuestenfuchs

Are you people really discussing about 90 seconds of an ad for a good cause? You do realize how cheap this app is for the amount of content you get? And how the video is just imported from youtube which is free so creators do need sponsorships to be able to create their content? If 90 seconds of advertising and personal experience is too much for you, just fast forward and take a few deep breaths. Wow.

  18. Bridget Simmons

Beaitiful class including the sponsorship comments 🙏

Honorable Kassandra, your yoga mat was just like this practice. Heavenly and out of this world

  24. Noortje

Another beautiful flow to add to my favourites list. I don’t mind the add because it is about something Kassandra is really passionate about.

  25. Nicola Busby

My word is ‘peaceful’. Thank you, Kassandra, for all the thought, integrity and work you put into your classes. They often help me through dak timehelp me through dark days.

  26. Nicola Busby

Last sentence is supposed to read “They often help me through dark times”. Couldn’t find the delete button😃

  27. Brook

The ad/endorsement is great – for those who need help with self care, this is a wonderful opportunity and very much in line with yoga goals. If you don’t need it, just fast forward. Those who do need access to quality therapy are so often stigmatized, and Kassandra’s endorsement is very affirming. Thank you.

  28. Liz Herbst

One word is release. Thank you. Appropriate sponsor and message for thise engaging in self care.

    • Liz Herbst

*those of us Easy to fast forward if this is not for you. 🙏

    • Nichole Robeson

Agreed! Fast forward is an easy option.

  29. Elke Schwalm

I did the class at lunch break – sooo good after sitting all morning. My word is focus, thanks so much Kassandra. Funny enough, I have just considered Better Help. I am somehow shy of seeking help.

    • Nichole Robeson

I encourage you to access help. Many local vendors are offer telehealth if you are skeptical of the new companies. Local vendors may also provide option to covert to in person if desired. Regardless of option chose, kudos to you for sharing.

  30. eugenia collazo

    Amazing!! Absolutley love it

  31. Diane Lalonde

Loved this class. Such a great way to start the day.

  32. kuestenfuchs

It’s my second time doing this flow within a few days, because it just feels sooo good!

  33. Nichole Robeson

Good morning Kassandra, I appreciate this flow and it delivered as promised. I am so glad you mentioned mental health. Many are experiencing difficulty and do not access the help available. I have been with you for a long time and have gone from getting therapy to being a therapist. I do not work for BetterHelp. What a perfect flow as I go into another training to help others with their stress. 🙏🏽🧘🏽‍♀️

  34. Kelly

This was delightful!🕉✨I really enjoyed it all! The bind was amazing because i was able to do it! Thanks YWK! Always a pleasure!🕉🌻

  35. Kelly

  36. Jane Ginns

This was fabulous, exactly what i needed. Thank you!

  37. Julia Cavender

Great class. As a person who has worked in the field of mental health for many years I appreciate your support of others and openess about your journey, however, as I am a subscriber, I am not in favor of the ad. I support Better Health as a wonderful resource–and have many friends who are therapists with them; I sould still prefer an endorsement of seeking mental health support without an ad for them specifically. I pay for a subscrition to your amazing site to avoid ads. Thanks for all you do to support this community

  38. Duncan Haigh

Yeah, agree with the others, the ad sets a horrible tone to start

  39. Penny Winter

Thanks for the great class; ad wasn’t that bad or long. Will be doing this class again

  44. Vivianne Otto

I was so irritated about the advertisement that I did not do the class. Please stop this – it spoils everything.
    Vivianne

  50. Aracelis Alvarez

Wqs surprised to be pitched and ad on a paid subscription. Not a fan.

  51. Deborah Maggard

Ageee on the add free for members. It is distracting.
