Overview

Hi everyone, welcome back to my channel! Today I’m going to take you through a flow that’s ideal to do sometime in the afternoon when you’re starting to feel that mid-day slump. It can also be a great class to do right after work especially if you spend a lot of time sitting or standing.

We’ll focus quite a bit on our hips and lower back, no props are required. At the end you should feel really good in your body and re-invigorated. This is an intermediate level vinyasa flow class and I’ll take you through poses like: deer, pyramid, high lunge, puppy and locust.

    I had never done Heron pose before! This was a very different flow than normal. It was a nice shift and good “after work” or post-sitting down for a while class. I’d love to see more like this with added vinyasa. Thank you, Kassandra!

    I loved this practice — it’s perfect for after work, easing tight shoulders. The upper back stretches got into places in my shoulders that are always so hard to stretch — “sticky” is a great word for those spots. Thanks for this practice!
