Hi everyone, thanks for joining me on the mat today. Many years ago I released a 30 minute yoga class that I called “spicy core” and as the title said, it was all about strengthening your power center! I thought it was time to give you an updated version of this class, so here we are!
Join me for a 30 minute intermediate level practice where we will work on strengthening our abdominals, obliques, hip flexors and back muscles. This is a fun and powerful practice that will take you through reclined, seated and standing poses to work your core in unique ways. I recommend having two blocks but if you don’t have any, don’t worry about it!
