Overview

Hey yogis, this week’s full length yoga class is a great sequence to build up strength and tone your entire body. Make sure you have two blocks because we’ll be using them in some creative ways. This is a great class to do when you want a bit of a workout from your yoga practice and ends with some juicy stretches to also increase flexibility. All around a great intermediate vinyasa flow class. Enjoy!

    Good class! It enabled me to stretch my lower back enough to do Cow-face Pose with my arms on the floor – the first time I’ve been able to do that! I hadn’t figured out the secret before; it seems to be flexibility in the low back. Thank you!
