Hey yogis, this week’s full length yoga class is a great sequence to build up strength and tone your entire body. Make sure you have two blocks because we’ll be using them in some creative ways. This is a great class to do when you want a bit of a workout from your yoga practice and ends with some juicy stretches to also increase flexibility. All around a great intermediate vinyasa flow class. Enjoy!

    Good class! It enabled me to stretch my lower back enough to do Cow-face Pose with my arms on the floor – the first time I’ve been able to do that! I hadn’t figured out the secret before; it seems to be flexibility in the low back. Thank you!

    Love using blicks for more soace and opening! Is tvere an alternative fpr shoeace pose? My hipsbare tight and my knees stay quite high, and consequently i cant fold very far. Basically im resting on my knees.

      Me too! I just keep working on getting closer to the ground!

      You can do a regular pigeon pose or reclined pigeon pose. You can also do shoelace lying down or with the bottom leg straight.
