Welcome back! This week I’m offering you a special 30 minute vinyasa flow practice that physically works with your upper body to increase flexibility and release tension through your shoulders, neck and upper back. Emotionally, this is meant to get you in touch with your heart space and open yourself up to healing.
I really believe that our yoga practice has the potential to transform us from within if we’re willing to go there and be present with ourselves in this way. Take whatever you need from this practice and I hope you enjoy it!
