Good morning everyone, welcome to my channel. I’ll be guiding you through a 30 minute gentle morning yoga class suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome! This is a great sequence to do when you first wake up to get a boost of energy, to stretch the muscles in your body and to set the tone for the day ahead.
You don’t need any props for this class and we’ll begin with some reclined and seated yoga poses before moving in to some standing poses. If you’re new to yoga, remember that the most important thing is to stay focused on your breath. Don’t worry if you don’t get all the poses correctly or if you need to take a break. Be patient with yourself, do what you can and remember to relax.

I’ve been practising yoga for awhile, however i stopped a bit and I’m coming back to it. I startee with your intermeciate classes, but realized I needed to take a step back. I like practices that are at least 30 + minutes. I feel in about a month I’ll be ready for intermediate again.

This is SUCH a yummy slow flow! I modified Puppy Pose by putting my chin to the mat and a few other poses to make the practice more intermediate and I LOVED it! More, please! 30-ish-minute slow and intermediate flows are DELICIOUS! And nutritious. 😉❤️ Plus, when it’s more beginner it helps to focus on FORM and asana. “Simple isn’t necessarily easy!” Thank you, Kassandra!

I love that saying “easy is not always simple” as a massage therapist there are moves that i do that look like im not doing anything but its in the subtle movements that can be the most powerful.. I can relate this to this flow and understand.
