Good morning everyone! I’m so thankful to have you join me on the mat today. I’m going to take you through this 30 minute intermediate morning yoga practice for flexibility and energy. This is a morning yoga sequence to tap into the mind-body connection and set the tone for the day ahead. I want you to really go with the flow and trust yourself throughout this class! Be aware of your internal dialogue as you move through these poses.
We’ll have a nice mix of flexibility yoga poses, strengthening yoga poses and balancing poses for a well rounded full body yoga class. I’m not using any props for this morning yoga class but you can certainly have some blocks close by if needed.

I loved this flow! It was challenging but also slow enough to be calming, creating focus. The one legged squat to biat was beyond my ability, having advanced arthritis is my knees but i dont let these challenging transitions bother me.

This practice kicked my butt, Kassandra! 😂 One-legged pistol squat into boat? Even gorudasana was unstable today. Even the “cool down” poses like cat pulling its own tail was hard! 😳 Thank you for challenging me/us today! I’m definitely favoriting this to do another time. It was for sure a mindful “Power Yoga” class! Thank you, as well, for that crouching tiger sequence! Loved it. Big hugs. Your wave of energy and new classes this January have been inspiring! 💗 My intention today is “peaceful curiosity.” NAMASTE!

I have been lazy yogi for years to afraid to step outside my comfort zone, but over the last month I have been engaging in intermediate classes and enjoying them, today’s class was difficult but I made it to the end,and only fell out of eagle once 🙂

Huge bike ride yesterday made this a big challenge. It always helps me recover. Challenging would be the apt description. At least for me
Hot dang! I did not expect all that, but I’m proud and empowered by what I was able to accomplish! Couldn’t fully express that new tiger pose or sit down or transition to boat on one let, but that’s ok! I’m good with where I’m at and it felt so great to be unexpectedly challenged. Love this!
Love it! Definitely challenging but so fun amd empowering too! More like this please! It may take me a long time (if ever) to do a one leg squat into boat but that makes

This was great and indeed very challenging. Im doing a combination of beginner and intermediate classes right now and i was able to do all of the poses today except for the one legged squat. Do you have any beginner classes that teach the technique for this or build the strength and flexibility for it? Thank you.
That one legged squat is definitely challenging!
Great challenging class to bring out the warrior in me. I will never be able to do that pistol squat. I cant even transition from a regular squat ti boat pose.

Thankyou, loved it!💜Couldn’t do the transition from one leg to boat pose, but will try to modify it next time, maybe with bent knee instead of straightened for better balance.

That was super challenging. I loved crouching tiger though I did not get it on the first side 😄 second side felt amazing though. The one legged squat is not happening for me at this point in time haha. Very creative flow! I’m curious to revisit it in the future and see what might have changed.
Sometimes coming at the pose again knowing where it’s going makes all the difference
