Very slow flow, been gardening so aching legs, arms, lower back, glutes! This practice sorted me out. I could here my joints popping quiet alot. Thank you Shaunneka

Did this practice to start my day! It was perfect. Rainy morning so didn’t go walking with the dogs and need gentle yoga in the morning when my body isn’t warm. Definitely a favorite!
