Overview

Slow flows are great for increasing overall flexibility as they allow time and space to really FEEL each pose, bringing a sense of awareness into the body. Today’s practice is slow and methodic with opportunities to challenge your strength. Moving slowly from one pose to the next, allowing us to really relish in the posture and find our true breath.

    I really liked the slow pace of this class and the 30 minute legs, however some of the moves were too advanced for me I had to modify quite a bit. I really wish there was a middle ground where you have yoga for an older person who is not a beginner
