Hi everyone, thank you for joining me in this special spring equinox yoga flow! This is an intermediate vinyasa yoga class that will focus on heart openers/backbends, core strength and breathwork. In the norther hemisphere, the Spring equinox occurs around March 21st and is a time of renewal and action.

As the energy levels begin to rise, this is the time for us to awaken from the slumber and lethargy of winter with renewed vigor and optimism!
