Welcome to my channel! I’m going to take you through a 30 minute intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class which focuses on full body flexibility. You won’t need any props. This is a lovely sequence to do to stretch from head to toe and increase overall mobility. You should feel really good by the end of class!
No rushing in this one, we’re really going to take our time. This is more of a slow flow yoga class. We’ll begin on our bellies with belly butterfly and reclined quad stretch before moving into our standing series with standing splits, low lunge quad stretch, standing pigeon and dancer’s pose. We’ll close our practice with a seated forward fold and a laying chest stretch before coming into savasana.

Holy moly! I LOVED THIS FLOW! And I’d absolutely love more intermediate-to-advanced flows like it that include vinyasa/some strength + yummy, deep stretches.
