Hi everyone, thanks for joining me on the mat today! I thought I’d take you through my own personal flexibility yoga practice. This is the style of yoga and the types of poses I tend to do the most at home. This is a 30 minute slow flow vinyasa yoga class that will open up your hips and hamstrings and help you tune in to your body and relax. This is an intermediate yoga class and I’m not using any props but if you have blocks, keep them close as they can make some poses more comfortable.
The key is to breathe deeply and pay attention to your internal dialogue as you move in and out of these yoga poses. Some are more challenging than others but they all require our attention and they all have something to teach us about ourselves. I hope you enjoy this yummy deep stretch relaxing slow flow for flexibility!

First new practice of the year and it is such an amazing one. I loved it and I am pretty sure I will do it quite often this year. I can‘t do full split. So sfter the second half split (first one on my heels as you did, second tradional one) I did lizard pose. ❤️🤗

Great practice, Thank you. My hamstrings are very tight. Is there any additional exercises you can recommend to slowly get more flexibility please.
There are many classes to target the hamstrings. Have a search using it as a keyword. With just that parameter the search pulls up 100 results for example

Just got around to listening to this post. I am goong to jump in late, but figure that is better than not at all. I fell of the yoga wagon the last few months in 2022 and can feel the difference in my body. Thank you for all your hard work and inspiring! Happy 2023.
