Hey yogis, this week I’m bringing you a 45 minute intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class meant to help you increase your overall flexibility. There will be a special focus on stretching our hips, hamstrings, glutes and quads. This is a dynamic and fun vinyasa flow yoga class and no props are required.
