Hey yogis, welcome back to my channel! This week I’m bringing you a yummy 45 minute intermediate vinyasa yoga full body toning practice. Just as the name suggests, this is going to work your entire body. You can expect to work on strength and endurance as well as flexibility for a well-balanced yoga class.
