Hey yogis, I’m adding on to my popular Minimal Cues yoga series with a 45 minute practice geared towards intermediate to advanced students! Get ready to stretch your hips and hamstrings with this dynamic flow. In a minimal cues practice I will only tell you the name of the pose and we will hold each pose for about 3 breaths. This is ideal for experienced students or yoga teachers who want to be guided in their practice without hearing to much chatter. We’ll be working our way into some pretty deep poses such as revolved triangle and splits. I’m not using any props for this class.
