I love the abs and seat workout, even without ankle weights very intense! The video ends apruptly, I thought it got stuck, but no. Will do that again, especially when I did upper body the day before 😉
Great sbort workout, Just what was needed as don’t have much time but still needed something to do! Agree with previous poster about the abrupt ending but at least it’s at the end of the video. Will definitely try this session again. ☺️

Wouldn’t recommend if wrists aren’t strong.
