Hey yogis, in this week’s video I’m sharing with you a simple bedtime yoga routine you can do to fall asleep fast. This yoga class also includes my all-time favorite breathing exercise to beat insomnia and drift off to sleep. I’ve had issues falling asleep my entire life and the breathing technique practiced at the end has been a life saver! This is an all levels practice, great for beginner yogis or people who’ve never even done yoga before. All you need is 20 minutes and I would encourage you to do this in bed. Doing yoga before bed is a great way to get your mind and body relaxed and comfortable, increasing your chances of a good night’s sleep.
