Namaste yogis, this week I’m offering you a 50 minute strong Vinyasa Flow that will lead you into the apex pose of Bird of Paradise. Bird of Paradise requires shoulder flexibility since it incorporates a bind and also requires open hips and hamstrings. This is certainly not a beginner class but we really prepare ourselves well for the final pose so Intermediate students may find the class really helpful to help them progress their practice! I hope you enjoy it 🙂
