Ouch, this was a tough one, maybe more advanced than beginner? Or is it me ? 😉
Yes. For me this was totally a tough one too. I had to pause and do child’s pose twice. Howevr I feel that if I keep doing this one I will get a lot of strength. Definitely one to star for later.
