I love a good slow flow! The focus of this 40 minute intermediate yoga class is on flexibility and controlled movements. This is a vinyasa yoga class with lots of deep stretches for your hips, hamstrings, shoulders and spine.
We’ll go through poses like: baby wild thing, revolved triangle, seal, bound warrior 2, mermaid, shoulderstand and plough pose. It’s a fun and challenging one to help you establish the mind-body connection.
Make sure not to rush any part of your practice and breathe deeply as you flow in and out of poses. Let me know how this one went for you!

What a wonderful flow! I’m a beginner but was able to adapt some poses and it felt amazing. Loved the dynamic poses too! Since I started YWC a couple of months ago, my back pain (which was chronic) has almost disappeared. Thank you for all these classes that are changing lives for so many of us!

I loved this! I’ve been doing your awesome yin classes- I’m getting back to yoga after many surgeries and need to get my flexibility back. I also love them for stress relief. This class helped with both of those! It was great to do a flow class again! Thank you for providing such wonderful, thoughtful practices!

Loved this! I am recovering from a shoulder injury and still have a trapped nerve. The lack of vinyasas while still doing the strengthening of down dogs and the shoulder stretches was perfect for me. More slow flows would be great.

WOW! I absolutely loved this. Immediately added to my favorites. I surprised myself at how easily i was able to move into each pose, i even successfully did mermaid on my first try. Feeling so proud and fulfilled after this practice. I would love to see more slow flows in the future!!!! 💞

I love this! I am a bit more than beginner now, this was challenging and motivating. I feel so good about managing to do this physically amd mentally- recharged:) more of these routines would be very welcome. I have recently lost a loved one and this is really helping me cope🙏🏽.

Great practice. Slow flow with fkexibility are my favorite. Super wonderful for me as a tax accountant they help relieve stress and tension from my body. Love 30-40 minute practices

This was a tough one for me. Pretty sure my mermaid pose needs lots of adjustments. The hamstring stretches in triangle pose were challenging too. But it is something to work towards!

This felt soooo amazing! I didnt feel discouraged when I couldn‘t do some of the more advanced poses, but I know I will get there some day with regular practice 🙂 I feel such a nice relaxation in my body. Definitely enjoyed this type of practice!
I loved this practice and would like to see more of them. And if there are other fans, could you put something up that ends in sundial? I know it‘s a challenging pose but I would love to find anway getting into it.
The recolved triangle is difficult for me. The legs and hand of hip is ok but trying to extend my arm up and teist is really difficult! My arm does nit reach up, it gors somehwere behind me! Any suggestions if what to work on to make it into this pose? I guess its my shoulders that are tight?
