Hi everyone, thanks for joining me today! I’m excited to guide you through this 30 minute intermediate vinyasa yoga class that I’m calling DIAMOND MIND. This is all about sharpening your senses, clearing away brain fog and getting you to focus. If you have a hard time concentrating, I think you’ll find this class very beneficial.
We’ll be doing this through some balancing poses, asymmetrical poses and breathwork (pranayama). There are some challenging poses and transitions in this class so remember to keep breathing, do your best and don’t take yourself too seriously! My dog Luna joins me for some of it 🙂
This is an intermediate yoga class and I’m not using any props. I really hope you enjoy this class and find it beneficial if you’re feeling slugging, unmotivated or foggy.

Wow!! This was a pleasure to do this morning. I am comimg off of a 2 week hiatus so this was a great way to get back into daily practice. I plan on doing this one a few times this week to really perfect some of those balances. 💎❤️

my mind. I love Breath of Joy and the balsncing poses. My Eagle Pose waa very wobbly today but I was able to move from Sigar Cane into Dancer‘s Pose on the right side😁 This class went straight to my current Top 10 playlist. Thank you Kassandra🤗❤️

Really great flow as usual but my balance was really off today so I struggled quite a bit… 😁 I have to try it on some other day again, see if I can do better..

Loved it! My balance has been off lately so those poses were very challenging, but I appreciated the focus that cleared my usual chatter.

Thank you, Kassandra! This was very energizing and re-centering for me. I dod feely momd sharpen as I did the practice and I felt the balancing poses – especially sugarcane to dancer- were challenging but ao helpful for focusing inward. Great practice!!

This one was quite a challenge, especially when the neighbor ran his gas powered leaf blower along the fence for the last 10 minutes until the end of savasana. Really challenging the mental focus! 😉

When I was little I used to go into the plow pose just for fun-knew nothing about yoga. This had some challenges but really enjoyed this practice. Thank you! ❤️

I just turned 80 and have been doing yoga for 25 years, still intermediate. I loved this practice, cant manage the transition from sugar cane to dancer, but hopefully one day.
You are my role model. One of the reasons I feel so committed to yoga is so that when I turn 80, only 19 years away, I maintain some flexibility and balance.

Very nice practice gor gocusing in balance, i lined the use of the feet. But sugarcane to dancer? Whew! Didnt make it today, but something to adpire to! Thank you Kassandra!

This was a great challenge. I definitely feel sharper after it. It was easier for me to do the left side of the balancing poses since I could anticipate the transitions. I can’t wait to repeat and look for improvement.

Definitely one of my favorite practice! I was feeling quite sluggish before doing it, but now I feel amazing. Even though I lost my balance a couple of times I didn’t judge myself (which sometimes happens automatically) and enjoyed those parts as well. Thanks, Kassandra, for this beautiful practice 🙂
