Happy Full Moon! Time to recognize all of the hard work we’ve been doing an honor the abundance in our lives. This is a yoga practice for gratitude and compassion. This is an energizing and vibrant full body practice to help you tap into your inner radiance. The intention is to focus on what we are grateful for and acknowledge the road we’ve traveled on.
This is an intermediate level class but beginners are welcome to try it as I will give you lots of options and we pause after each flow to reflect and feel into our bodies. No props are required and I really hope you enjoy it.
