Want to master the splits? This hour long yoga flow will help you increase your hip & hamstring flexibility! Hey yogis, I’m offering you an hour long class (okay.. 55 minutes..) that focuses all on your hamstrings! If you’ve been trying to improve your lower body flexibility, this is it! You’ll need 2 blocks and a strap for this practice! We’ll play around with some poses like half happy baby, half and full splits, wide forward fold, pyramid pose and reclining leg stretches and many more.
