You don’t need any props or equipment for this workout, except for some sneakers, a yoga mat and your water bottle.     Wow, and to think that I considered myself in good shape. I had to stop every 30 seconds and rest for a while. But it’s a great practice to keep fit with. I am thinking of doing it along with my daily yoga.
