Very excited for the April challenge! I would love to see more mid day practices, as something I’m trying to work in is getting up from my desk and moving more during the workday. So 10 minute classes focused on getting some gental movement during the workday would be great to see!
That’s on my “to do” list for sure!!
I would love this too, especially if they were standing or chair based so we can do them in an office without a yoga mat.

I’m so excited for the April challenge! It sounds like a wonderful balance for mind+body. Sometime in the future, I would love a flexibility-oriented class focused on the lower legs and ankles. I have a lot of chronic tightness in my ankles and calves (and shins!), and I especially struggle with it as a runner. I find that most lower-body classes focus more on the hips and hamstrings, which I also need and appreciate, but I’d love a sequence of poses dedicated to the lower legs!
