Overview

Hey yogis, this is another minimal cues yoga class great for Yoga Teachers or intermediate to advanced students. This practice is done with very little instruction and a lot of silence to allow for an introspective practice. Students should be able to know the alignment cues that go along with the poses in order to do this safely. In this 35 minute sequence we will put a lot of focus on standing poses that improve balance! You’ll also have the opportunity to come into a headstand at the end of the practice. I liked this! I was apprehensive to try this practice but it was fantastic! I’ve done so many of your classes I could hear your voice in my head making sure I was relaxing shoulders and using proper form so I’m safe in postures. Thank you!!!

This was my first minimal cue practise! What a challenge – and I am proud that I made it through. Very wobbly in some standing positions and doing a headstand on ‘feet up’. But I feel so good now, thanks Kassandra.

Great way to end the month. I’ve been working so hard on some of the one legged standing poses and know the only way to nail them is to practice. Avoidance of hard things doesn’t make you better. This one was brilliant. I’ll be saving this one to my favorites.

I feel amazing. I was able to do all but 2 poses and will definitely add them to my list to work on. It was so zen and amazing and like someone else said I feel so well trained by you now I knew what to do! Thank you.

I loved this flow! Over the March Matness, I discovered how much I enjoy minimal cues – although I like your voice very much. Sometimes, it feels soothing to have a lot of talk during pracitce. Also, I loved having a choice between a longer and a shorter practice! Thanks so much, Kassandra 🙂

I really liked the challenge here. MInimal cues or regular cues, I truly like both approaches, but this was a very nice practice!
