Hi yogis, welcome to my channel! Today I’m offering you a 35 minute yoga practice with minimal verbal cues ideal for Yoga Teachers or experienced students. I already have two of these classes on my channel and you guys have been asking me to make more. Minimal cues means that I won’t be giving you any alignment tips in this class or breathing instructions, I’ll only be naming the poses. This is why this yoga flow is best suited for more experienced yoga practitioners. You’ll need to know how to modify poses yourself. The sequence is intermediate level. I love doing online yoga classes myself but as a teacher I don’t always want to listen to the other teacher explain every single thing about a pose. Sometimes it’s nice to just be guided in your practice and make room for silence to make it a meditative practice! Perfect practice. Really fine. Kassandra, you have a couple of niches that other yoga teachers on line don’t focus on. This minimal cues practices is one of them. Please keep making these – would love to see some yin ones and hatha.
Thanks so much,
Diane
Brilliant concept! It’s the first ‘quiet’ one I’ve tried and it’s perfect for me – except the music in most of the middle section, which has too much ‘beat’ for my taste. I can mute it and just watch what you’re doing, but it works better with you voice. Could we olease have more or those at this level but differdnt durations, please?
I’ve done all of your minimal cues practices many times and love them. More if you can!
This is my all time favourite class. I do it again and again. Thank you so much.
