Hi everyone, welcome back! This morning I’m going to take you through a 25 minute yoga sequence ideal to do in the morning for a boost of energy. Starting your day with some mindful movement and breath is an excellent way to focus on joy and gratitude. This sequence is suitable for all levels and great for beginners.
No props are required and we will focus on strength, flexibility and developing full body awareness. Expect poses like baby wild thing, modified boat pose, warrior 2 and low lunge.
LOVED being with you in your backyard! Absolutely gorgeous! Such a great class too.
Thank you for inviting us to your backyard! It was such a beautiful day with the birds singing in the background! I feel so good! I loved the two sets of wild things. Thank you for a good sequence.
Very nice being in nature with you. Could you do a class outside at the intermediate level too, please?
Lovely morning practice to ease into the day. The birds in your backyard were singing with birds in mine, lovely!
I really like baby wild thing pose ^, I feel elegant and beautiful in this pose. Namaste.
Beautiful setting! Nice and easy flow – and this is my intention, too: flow.
Kia ora! Just getting back into daily practise. This sequence was a great way to start the day. Thank you!

Great morning session to get the kinks out; love these 30 minutes sessions; she was really eye balling where the spider was; kinda funny.
I love hearing the birds! My word today is joy!
Have a great Friday everyone!
My word is productivity

I uad a spider on my floor too!
Usually only have time for your 10 minute classes, so totally loved being able to do this longer practice. Word today is joyful, perfect as we are going to be putting out our Christmas decor. 😁❤️

Great class this morning to try and get back to my daily practice after two weeks of illness. Thank you, namaste.
Welcome back! Hope you’re feeling well now
I really liked this class. The pace was perfect for me because I am older, 66 years old. 30 minute classes are the best for me. I like that you add some challenge because although I am not a beginner Yogi I cannot do a lot of the moves in the intermediate and advanced classes
