Hey yogis, I’ve been getting requests for yoga poses and sequences you could do in bed and thought that was a great idea 🙂 Here’s a super quick routine you can do every morning before getting out of bed. All you need is 5 minutes and this is great for all experience levels, including beginners. Stretching in bed is a great way to wake up and set a positive tone for the day ahead. We’ll target a little bit of everything including neck, shoulders, spine and hips. Enjoy!
