Hey friends, I’ve got a new fitness workout for you! This one was highly requested since I put out my last fitness classes and believe me, it packs a punch! This will focus entirely on your side abdominals, deep into the obliques, which is an area that can easily be neglected. We’ll play with some hip dips, boat pose twists, Forrest yoga abs and lots of other fun drills. Each exercise will be repeated 12 times on each side, take as many breaks as you need!
