Overview

It’s time to work the core, or as we often refer to it in Pilates, the Powerhouse. The area between the ribs and the hips.

In this 20 minute all levels Pilates class we start by warming up the wrists, which is so important before weight bearing. We then move through table top (quadruped), plank and oblique exercises to support the abdominals from all angles.

All you need is your mat!

    Nice, challenging workout! Although my wrists still had trouble during moves on all fours, I appreciate the wrist warm up and stretches since I struggle with pain.
