This Pilates class is a great way to work the full body any time of day. It is suitable for all levels, as well as those new to Pilates. We will work through some standing exercises before lowering down to get into some side laying, quadruped, boat and bridge.
You will want to have one block handy as we use it throughout this practice to help you engage the correct muscles.
I do like it. A very good programm, might be a good extension to cardio training, e.g. on a bike or ecliptic bike.

Im new to pilates so this worked for me. Will try to review a more basic intro to better understand the positioning. Could not keep that foam block on my raised foot for the life of me.
