Overview

Learn some of my go to Pilates moves to work the core. The corset is foundational in so many Pilates postures, so these exercises will help you build strength in this area, in order to improve your overall practice.

We of course work the legs too, I would never want to leave them out.

Roll out your mat and lay down on your back when you’re ready to give them a try.

Accessible to all levels and Pilates experience.
