This 20 minute Pilates sequence starts and ends with some amazing stretches, making it a great way to wake up the body, and also wind it down.
In the middle, this class will take you through some classic Pilates side laying exercises (to get at your glutes, quads, hamstrings and hips). Followed up by some side planks for the obliques, and a little arm work for good measure.
Appropriate for all levels, and those new to the Pilates practice.
