A restorative practice for anyone with arthritis Many people suffer from achy joints and one of the most common complaints I get as a yoga teacher is for sore knees. This restorative yoga practice is wonderful for anyone who has soreness and stiffness in their joints or suffers from arthritis. The poses are very gentle and focus on doing repetitive circular motion to help lubricate the joint and create more mobility.
