Hi Wishing you a Happy September, loving your classes, doing them along side my classes that i attend in person. Weather here in the uk still warm, however rain is on the way for the weekend. X

    • Kassandra Reinhardt

      Thanks so much!

  3. Melania Romanelli

Kassandra! Thanks for sharing and being so honest. If itโ€™s two weeks your body is asking instead of 30 days, so be it! We will fill the โ€œgapsโ€ and our needs within your amazing app! Ps. I know what it feels like not to have water: it happened to me for 1 entire month during the 1 Pandemicโ€ฆ Omg! Hi from Canary Island!

    • Kassandra Reinhardt

Not fun at all!!! Im very thankful for hot water and will never again take it for granted lol

I love challenges, whether 2 weeks or 4 weeks or anything in between! Happy to try out whatever content excites you the most. On your comment about trying to please peopleโ€™s requests while also putting out content people will engage with, I can tell you as a product manager people donโ€™t often know what they want or need, and sometimes you just have to follow the data. At the end of the day you are running a business, and if the business benefits from more short videos than hour long ones, thatโ€™s where your time is best spent!

Hi Kassandra, just wanted to say that I have been through a very stressful time the last months, getting rid of a job that no longer fits and practising with you sometimes was the only way to make me get out of bed and stay sane. Thank you very much for that and take care of yourself and your energy. 14 days challenges will be more than amazing, I am sure! ***

  6. Angela Hayden

Great update! So sorry to hear about all of Javaโ€™s injuries and your woes regarding all of it. So glad things are better now! You know what, Kassandra, if a two week challenge for next April lights you up-then DO IT! You give so much of yourself to your channel and audience. If you continue to people-please, itโ€™ll just burn ypu out! And those of us that want to do a 30 day challenge-can do it twice and have a 28 day challenge-done๐Ÿ˜‰

  7. Katherine Anderson

A two week challenge sounds wonderful! Someone could always do the two week challenge twice to make it a full month. Thanks for all you do!

    • Kassandra

      ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ exactly

  8. Leticia Hughes

Bless ya – a 2 week challenge sounds wonderful! I also love the 7 day challenges. Everything you share is amazing and I am so grateful for your app and discovering the joy of yoga ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ โค๏ธ

    • Kassandra

      Oh thank you so much!

A 14 days challenge sounds great. And as many of my predecessor have mentioned the ones who need longer ones can simply repear it. September calendar is perfect although I โ€žfearโ€œ that I will go for both classes quite often๐Ÿ˜ And I am looking forward to the new classes. 1h minimal cues sounds fantastic! I always enjoy doing your slow flows. As your book is still not delivered in Germany I canโ€˜t wait to do a class from your book. Last but not least I love your monthly vlog๐Ÿค—โค๏ธ. .

    • Kassandra

Oh thank you! I hope it makes it to you soon! And enjoy all the others until then

  11. katie holt

14 days is totally reasonable! seems counterintuitive if a challenge creates an unfair or unbalanced regimen for the instructor! excited by your points about whatโ€™s ahead soon and in the distant future! i have really enjoyed incorporating your videos into my daily self care. the variety is awesome! as a beginner i really appreciate the amount of times i hear โ€suitable for all levelsโ€ ๐Ÿ’œ

    • Kassandra

      Thanks for saying so!

  12. Ari Diertani

We would still love you just as much if you never released a new challenge again. I absolutely love your challenges (even plan to repeat the seven day morning challenge from earlier this month), so I’ll be excited for any new ones, but they’re gifts from you to us, not something you owe us. Much better that you share something that brings you joy than that you force yourself to do something you’re not feeling

    • Kassandra

      Thank you so much!

  13. nicola@nicoladitter.com

I just do whatever comes out. Truly love all the classes always, you do you, Kassandra. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Grateful to have the beautiful classes you have put out there. โ˜บ๏ธ

So excited for a two week challenge. You always have the best ideas. We can do twice or three times or four! Glad Java is on the mend. Those horses are always getting themselves into trouble.

    • Kassandra

      Thank you!

  15. Therese Nanos

Two week challenge would be perfect! Or whatever is the best for you! Happy September! Great decision with solar panels ๐Ÿ˜„

  16. Caroline Cruise

I would much prefer a 2 week challenge, even a 1 week challenge would be good. I find it progressively hard to

  17. Caroline Cruise

I love the idea of a 2 week challenge. I find it increasingly harder these days to commit to 30 days. I also love the concept of your September calendar, offering a choice every day. You always keep it interesting! Thanks Kassandra!

  18. Stacy Stapleton

Hello K! Iโ€™ve learned in my life you have to do what brings you joy. I appreciated your explanation of the video process. Thrilled about the one hour minimal cues! Hope September brings calm to your household and Java. Thanks for sharing yoga and the vlog. Love it all!

  19. Kelly Moran

I havent tried any of your 30 day only the 14 and i liked the 14. I think its enough ! Trust me girl 30s you will be feeling so much different energy wise. Your horse probably drains some energy too. They are a lot of work! Cant wait to see your new vids! ๐Ÿ˜

    • Kassandra

      Perfect! It’s true

  20. bestellung@rwaldecker.de

A 2 weeks challenge with a new angle to it sounds great!

  21. Saisha

Oh no poor Java!!! What a stressful week, for both of you. He’s lucky to have you take such good care of him.

Excited for this months new content, and makes lots of sense for you to balance out what’s high on demand for a small group versus what most people tend to use. Sounds like a good balance and not too much as people pleasing to me. As someone who likes all (minimal cues, short, long), I’m super happy with the balance!

Thanks again and have a wonderful month ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Kassandra

      Perfect and thank you ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

A two week challenge is perfect ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿงก praise for honouring your needs and being vulnerable ๐Ÿ™Œ

Having two 2week challenges throughout the year would be better.

    2 weeks is perfect ๐Ÿ’š

  27. Julie Quinn

I think you answered your own question! You said you were excited to do a creative 2-week challenge and NOT excited to do 30 days… so there’s your answer! We will love it, whatever the length.

    • Kassandra

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ thank you for saying so

  28. Jeanne Howard

I just lost my sweet little dog. I did your sadness meditation and I found it helpful. Thank you.

  29. Alexis Lane

I am so grateful that you put out wonderful new content all the time! I dont care if you did a 2 day challenge. You have to put out things that you are excited about not what you think you have to put out. Again Iโ€™m so grateful to have you as an instructor any length of class or challenge will make me happy!

    • Kassandra

      Oh thank you!

  30. Anastasia Paveloff

Thank you so much for your update, Kassandra! Wow! I, too, feel like it was JUST January! I am also SOOOO excited that youโ€™re doing what feels easeful and honoring of your body, stamina, and interests right now, especially, as you once shared, after feeling burned out last year. What nurtures you, nurtures us! And it gives us permission to do the same in our own lives. ๐Ÿ˜˜๐ŸŒˆ Personally, I always want to see you choosing your highest joyโ€”I can always feel that when taking your classes!โ€”and I canโ€™t be happier and more intrigued by what the two-week challenge will be like! Iโ€™m looking forward to April 2023! Love to you, your family, house (solar panels!! Congrats!), and horseโ€”I hope heโ€™s fully recovered soon! Thanks, again, for these updates. See you on the mat! ๐Ÿ’•

  31. Birgitte

These are turning out to almost be my favourite videos in the appโ˜บ๏ธ

  32. Karen Smith

Sharing your joy with us is such a gift!!! And i would also rather you share something that lights you up!! Thank you for all you do

    • Kassandra

      Thanks for saying so

  33. Nicole Collins

I love all your content. Do what excites you and brings you passion. We will all be here to support those decisions!
