Overview

Welcome to the first video in the single legged crow pose series with Rob Aranyosi! This is a tutorial on this arm balance which is sometimes also called flying crow.

In this video, Rob will go in depth to break down technique, modifications and different ways of getting into the pose.

Single legged crow pose is a variation on the traditional bakasana/crow pose. It’s important to have a strong foundation in crow pose before moving into this more challenging version.

There is a lot of strength required for this arm balance so Rob’s conditioning class is a great one to add to your weekly rotation before trying out the full practice!
