Overview

Enjoy a quick Vinyasa-style flow that combines strength and flexibility for a balanced practice – you really can have it all in less than 30 minutes! In each pose – especially those forward folds – deepen the breath and soften into those tight spots to find the space of peaceful release. For this practice, I invite you to call into your practice one word that you’d like to embody, such as love, peace, clarity, ease, strength, or joy. With each breath, repeat to yourself, “I am ____,” so that it becomes the moving mantra to your entire practice – you’ll find that, seemingly magically, you really will embody that word as you step off the mat.

I really enjoyed this practice. I found it challenging, especially the balance poses, because I haven’t done more than 15 minutes routines before. I feel tingly and kinda “wrung out” after, especially in my low back, hamstrings, and hips…in a good way. I will definitely do it again.

Great class, and a great challenge! I was very wobbly in the standing poses, will definitely come back and practise this again. I loved the way the poses were built up, it really helped to get into them. Thanks!

Thank you. I enjoyed this practice that worked on balance. I liked the subtle lift of one leg to activate hip. It did help with stability in eagle pose.
Camera zooming in to face and stomach was distracting- it’s easier to do poses properly when you can see the entire body of instructor.

What an amazing and demanding class! Found it “by accident”, while looking for a morning class. This was a great start into the day, thank you! I loved that you adjusted your positions sometimes and wobbled a bit – that definitely made it easier to be more accepting with my own “problems”. Will definitely do this class again!
