This 40 minute Vin to Yin practice will focus on the Throat Chakra which deals with all aspects of communication. Balance speaking and listening to use your voice in an authentic way. These poses will focus on the upper body and neck. Have some props close by!

    Loved it! Love any of these chakra practices! And appreciated no music. Interesting to learn that you described the knees, chest and chin chaduranga as an ashtanga variation. In my year of practicing classical ashtanga daily at a studio under a master teacher I was not taught to do this type of chaduranga & cobra – just the normal chaduranga and upward dog.
