Overview

Hey yogis, this week I’m offering you a quick yoga flow to target your upper body! If you have any stiffness in your neck, shoulders, arms and upper back you will love this class. Rest assured that while the emphasis of the practice is on the upper body, we’ll still be incorporating some hip openers in this flow! There are a few variations of Warrior 2 and Triangle pose which can really help release the upper body. I would say that this is suitable for all experience levels and no props are required.       Same here!! The tightness I felt at the beginning of this when we were moving out head from right ear to left, I didn’t feel as tight after the practice!! Amazing!!! I always have shoulder pains and my shoulders and neck are always so stiff, so I would really appreciate more practices for shoulders & neck stretch!!

    This is one of my favorites. I pause it though so I can hold the poses that feel so wonderful. I have pretty bad cervical spine problems and my neck is so painful after a bike ride of all things. This is just right for that! I have learned to do some upper body twists while riding on my bike inspired by Kassandra’s famous twists!
