Hey yogis, this week I’m offering you a quick yoga flow to target your upper body! If you have any stiffness in your neck, shoulders, arms and upper back you will love this class. Rest assured that while the emphasis of the practice is on the upper body, we’ll still be incorporating some hip openers in this flow! There are a few variations of Warrior 2 and Triangle pose which can really help release the upper body. I would say that this is suitable for all experience levels and no props are required.
