Sculpt and tone your belly, arms and shoulders in this 45 min vinyasa flow yoga class By popular demand, I’m happy to be offering you a strong and sweaty Vinyasa Flow class to help you develop some serious upper body strength! This class is a great way to prepare for arm balances and we will play with Crow pose and other really fun upper body asanas that strengthen the chest, shoulders, arms and upper back. You can also expect a really good core strength workout and a few backbends! This is the full upper body package when it comes to strength.
