Sculpt and tone your belly, arms and shoulders in this 45 min vinyasa flow yoga class By popular demand, I’m happy to be offering you a strong and sweaty Vinyasa Flow class to help you develop some serious upper body strength! This class is a great way to prepare for arm balances and we will play with Crow pose and other really fun upper body asanas that strengthen the chest, shoulders, arms and upper back. You can also expect a really good core strength workout and a few backbends! This is the full upper body package when it comes to strength. This is exactly what I needed! π
This practice kicked my butt! I tend to avoid arm balances because my upper body is weaker than my lower but I’ve decided to “face my fears”. This is now part of my weekly yoga schedule!
Yes! I also want to continue build my upper body strength! This was a great one. Invigorating, great sequencing and flow and first time I’ve broken a sweat doing yoga in as long as I can remember. Will save this one!
Wow, this was intense – and fast paced! I am happy I was able to keep up. My wheel did not go so well, though, I am still not able to get my head off the ground. I have to work more on arm strenght. Thank you, Kassandra π
