    Sorry if i am a little more critical, but i nearly stopped the video! If you give instructuons, try to avoid starting sentences with: we’re now going to, etc. Start instructions with a verb. Step your left foot back, make sure youre feet are hipwidtdistance apart, stretxh the arms out above your head, lean over tho the right/ left etc. The breath of joy however is always wonderful.
