Not only will this practice help you to unwind in a soothing and gentle manner but, we will unlock these tight and stiff areas with long, deep holds to increase our overall flexibility and mobility. This was a fantastic but intense practice. Probably more advanced than I am now but I was able to get through it with some modifications and creative use of the blocks. I feel wonderful.
