A yin yoga class to stretch your side body and unwind Side body stretches are some of my favorite poses! They help open up the side of the neck, shoulder, ribcage, waist and IT band. These are often neglected areas of our bodies and releasing them is a wonderful way to feel lighter and a lot more comfortable! I’m not using props in this practice but you might want to have a block or two close by. This is a 45 minute yin yoga class but be sure to give yourself an extra few minutes at the end to enjoy a longer savasana.
