I’m so excited to guide you in this 30 minute yin yoga practice using affirmations for serenity, peace and grounding. You don’t need any props for this practice but I do encourage you to have a journal close by. I’m a big lover of affirmations and like to pair them with yin yoga asanas as a way to do shadow work and dig deep.

    Many times I have the attitude that my daily yoga doesn’t “count” unless it is hard. Today I woke up sore and tired so I did this practice instead of the power class I had planned. I am trying to be more gentle with myself and not so rigid.
