A 90 min yin yoga class for full body flexibility By popular demand, I’ve got another juicy 90 minute Yin Yoga class for you! This one is quite intense as each pose is held for at least 5 minutes so I don’t recommend it for beginners. This 90 minute yin yoga practice will help you increase flexibility in your hips and hamstrings. You will need to have 2 blocks as well as a strap for this class.
