A 30 minute yoga class for sore muscles to relieve stiffness and tension. Hey yogis, by popular request here’s a 30 minute yoga class for sore muscles! This sequence will go over some of my favorite yoga poses and stretches to do when I’m feeling very sore and stiff after a workout. This is a wonderful sequence to do on your “rest” day to help your muscles recover.     Just what I needed after “overworking” the day before. Yesterday did your 15 minute stretch and I realized how much I had overdone the day before (BARRE). Todays class was just right, I’m far less sore and got rid of so much tension and discomfort that I almost fell asleep during Savasana. Namaste.

    This was the first ever Kassandra video I did two years ago, which I found on Youtube because I was very stiff after a hard pilates workout. I couldn’t believe how good I felt after, and hence started my obsession with your classes! I have barely missed a day since and this one we call “Old Faithful”, is a regular class for us. Great all around stretch.
