    Just what I needed after “overworking” the day before. Yesterday did your 15 minute stretch and I realized how much I had overdone the day before (BARRE). Todays class was just right, I’m far less sore and got rid of so much tension and discomfort that I almost fell asleep during Savasana. Namaste.
