Stretch from head to toe with this 30 min vinyasa yoga class Hey yogis, this yoga class is a 30 minute slow flow that’s going to open up your entire body! Although this isn’t necessarily an “easy” class, the focus is less on strengthening and more on stretching to improve flexibility and feel really good in your skin when you’re short on time. You will need one block to do this class but if you don’t have one, just grab a big book or a thick pillow! We will do poses like reclined butterfly, standing splits, half moon pose, wide leg forward fold and reclined pigeon for full body flexibility! Thanks for a GREAT full-body stretch. I love this class.
Loved this class! Thank you 😻
I love this full body stretch after a day’s work. It’s a fantastic way to unwind. Full body stretches really are my favourite and this class is particularly good.
Great class!!🙏🙏
This class is the gold standard for beautiful short, intentional flows. This is the class that got me into yoga nearly four years ago and I keep coming back to it. I’ve grown a lot in my practice in that time, but every time I come back to this one it feels like really good comfort food. The music, the transitions, the attention to the full body – it’s all wonderful. Thank you, Kassandra. This practice, in particular, really means so much to me!
