Welcome to Day 1 of our morning yoga challenge! I’m going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being CHOOSE. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like child’s pose, sphinx, low lunge and eagle arms.
The “Flexible Body, Flexible Mind” 30 day morning yoga challenge is designed to help you stretch on and off the mat. This is a free yoga challenge suitable for all levels with no props required. My “choose” was finding zumba music and dancing in the kitchen for a little extra exercise. Being okay with being silly, and having fun while I get in shape! Thanks Kassandra!
So, I have been searching for anything to inspire me to improve my fitness. I have my favorites and own a LIBRARY of options. Choosing something new was a fun challenge. I went with Body Groove; a creative movement class i found on youtube (I’ve learned along the way that true coordination is bot my strongest attribute…but I can throw a hip like a boss)…
